The newest book in the Micro & Nano Technologies (MNT) series, Fabrication and Design of Resonant Microdeviceshas just been released. Written by Behraad Bahreyni (Simon Fraser University, British Columbia), this is an introduction to the issues surrounding the creation and application of micromachined resonant devices. These devices are found in microsensors (mass, strain, chemical, pressure), are used for signal processing and also for active and passive temperature compensation. Our sincerest thanks and congratulations to Dr. Bahreyni for this wonderful addition to the MNT Series.
